Refund Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup, which can occur as a natural result of the shipping process, are not reasons for replacement. These bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process.

We do not accept any refund's, cancelations or returns after your order has been placed as you are ordering a custom product made specifically for your liking. 

Damages and issues
Once items have shipped and arrived to you, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with any damages or issues in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
 Types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
